1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JoJo's Pack House website (jojospackhouse.com), booking services, or engaging with our boarding, daycare, or grooming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

JoJo's Pack House provides dog boarding, daycare, and grooming services in Montgomery, Texas. Service descriptions, availability, and rates listed on this website are subject to change without notice. Current rates are posted on our Services page and may be updated periodically.

3. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are made through our online booking system. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by our team.

You agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself and your pet(s) at the time of booking, including vaccination records and any relevant health or behavioral information.

Cancellation policies, deposit requirements, and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking and are also available upon request.

4. Boarding and Services Agreement

Before your pet's first stay, you will be required to complete and sign JoJo's Pack House, LLC's Boarding and Services Agreement and provide current vaccination records. This agreement is completed separately through our client management system and governs the specific terms of your pet's stay, including liability, health, and care provisions. Services are contingent on this agreement and documentation being complete and up to date. To the extent any provision of the Boarding and Services Agreement conflicts with these Terms of Service, the Boarding and Services Agreement controls for matters it specifically addresses.

5. Pet Health and Safety

You represent that your pet is in good health, current on required vaccinations, and free of contagious illness at the time of drop-off.

JoJo's Pack House reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any pet that poses a health or safety risk to staff or other animals.

While we take reasonable precautions, boarding, daycare, and grooming inherently carry some risk (illness, injury, escape, or altercations between animals). By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Payment

Payment for services is due as outlined at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge no-show or late cancellation fees as disclosed in our booking policies.

7. Photography and Social Media

From time to time, we may photograph or video your pet during their stay for use on our website and social media channels (including Facebook and Instagram) for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your pet to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to your pet's stay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoJo's Pack House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to boarding, daycare, or grooming services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where the Boarding and Services Agreement provides otherwise.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or using content from this site without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
